The literature reports that Pine oil has a strong fresh aroma. Historically, the principal uses of Pine oil were in the treatment of respiratory and urinary tract infections and muscular pain. It is an extremely powerful pulmonary antiseptic, known to be helpful for bronchitis and all coughs. If used in a massage, blend and use Pine oil in small quantities, so that it is well diluted, as higher concentrations could cause skin irritation in some people.
