Registration Data

By registering with us you automatically subscribe to occasional Miami Aromatherapy emails announcing new features, products, and promotions. You may limit the number of emails you receive at any time by clicking the manage your preferences link on any email you receive and then following the instructions provided, or you may opt-out of receiving emails from us entirely by clicking the Unsubscribe link on any email you receive or directly contacting our help desk.

If you register on our website, we store your chosen username and your email address and any additional personal information added to your user profile. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit this information.

This is required for us to provide you with product downloads, customer support and other customer services.

Non-Registered Viewers

When you visit Miami Aromatherapy.com and view our website without registering with us,we and some third parties still collect certain non-personal information about you(a”Non-Registered Viewer”). Non-Registered Viewers agree to our Terms and our Privacy Policy by viewing our website. We also keep track of all Registered Viewer’s viewing activity on our site… including the products you view, the articles you read, as well as the products and articles you decided to overlook, and how long you view our website.

Anonymized String

Your IP address and any other personal data that is not directly offered by you through your comment(s), does not get stored by us.

Who Has Access To Your Data

If you are not a registered client for our site, there is no personal information we can retain or view regarding yourself.

If you are a client with a registered account, your personal information can be accessed by:

Third Party Access To Your Data

For the purpose of validating and getting your purchase information regarding purchases on our website, we send your provided information to Elavon Payment Processing and use the response from their API to register your validated credit card information. In order to ensure safety for all parties involved, Miami Aromatherapy, Inc. does not store your credit card information on our servers. MAILCHIMP

If you sign up to our newletter, using our newsletter form that is hosted by MailChimp (on their server), your email address as well as the marketing reasons to contact you for, will be stored by MailChimp. How Long Do We Retain Your Information

When you submit a question or comment, its metadata is retained until (if) you tell us to remove it. We use this data so that we can recognize you and approve your comments automatically instead of holding them for moderation.

If you register on our website, we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Security Measures

We use the SSL/HTTPS protocol throughout our site. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so that personal identifiable information is not captured/hijacked by third parties without authorization.

In case of a data breach, system administrators will immediately take all needed steps to ensure system integrity, will contact affected users and will attempt to reset passwords if needed.

Release Of Your Data For Legal Purposes
