The literature reports that Eucalyptus is best known as a decongestant inhalation for colds and is relatively gentle and non-irritating. Eucalyptus radiata is cooling, refreshing, and energizing. Although it is lighter in smell than Eucalyptus globulus, it has many of the same supportive properties and is less likely to be irritating to the skin. It has bactericidal and anti-viral properties. It also has analgesic properties.
